When you join the mailing list via pop-up: Email address.
When you make a $10 VIP reservation: Name, Email address, Payment information (processed by third-party payment processor, not stored by us).

2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages visited, time spent, and referring website (if any). We use this information to improve our website and to analyze traffic. This information is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7 below).
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect government ID numbers, bank account details (payment is processed by third parties), precise geolocation beyond the country level, or data from children under 13 years of age.

4. Mailing List (Pop-up Subscription)
When you subscribe to our mailing list via the pop-up on our website, you provide only your email address (no name required unless you choose to provide it). You will receive emails about Magnus 2.0, including launch reminders, VIP offers, and product updates.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. Your email will never be sold or rented to third parties.
When you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from our active mailing list. We may retain your email in a "suppression list" to ensure you do not receive future emails by mistake. This is a standard GDPR and CCPA compliance practice.
5. $10 VIP Reservation Fee
When you make a $10 VIP reservation on our website, you provide your name and email address directly to us. Your payment information (credit card, etc.) is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Gumroad). We do not see or store your full payment details. We only receive confirmation that payment was completed and the last four digits of your card for reference.
Your $10 reservation fee is fully refundable as described in the offer terms. Refunds are processed through the same payment processor.
We use your name and email to confirm your reservation, send you the private Kickstarter link on May 19, 2026, and process your refund after delivery.
6. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We share your information only in these limited circumstances:
With our payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, or Gumroad) to process your $10 reservation and refund. Data shared: Payment info, name, email.
